  • Easter at Addie’s: Egg hunt, Petting Zoo and more!
    Friday, April 19th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
    Where: Adelaide Hunter Homeless Homestead, 359 Blue Lake Road, St. George
    Nothing says springtime like frolicking in the grass at the 7th Annual “Easter at Addie’s, Egg Hunt, Petting Zoo & More!” at the Adelaide Hunter Hoodless Homestead in St. George. The egg-hunting, bunny-petting, outdoor-games-playing fun takes place on Good Friday!


  • Easter Egg-Stravaganza

Friday, April 19th & Saturday, April 20th from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Where: Brantwood Farms, 251 Powerline Road Brantford

Hop on over to the farm for a day of Easter! Take a hayride around the farm to the hunt location and hunt for Easter eggs at the Magic Forest. Eggs are the exchanged for a bag of tasty treats.
There will also be other activities available include colouring pages, pedal tractors, farm animals to visit and bouncy animals. Tickets are $8/per person or $24 for a family. Tickets are required

to access the farm.

  • Brant County’s Largest Line Dance Challenge and Record Attempt

Saturday, April 13th, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Where: Downtown Paris

Joan Minnery Enterprises in conjunction with the Paris Lions Club proudly present STOMPtastic Line Dance Challenge Party --- Line Dance Record Setting Attempt at the Paris Lion Maple Syrup Festival. Make History and set a record for Brant County's LARGEST Outdoor Line Dance Class. Everyone doing the STOMPtastic together on the street. They will TEACH the dance and then every person, united on the street will dance it and set the record for Brant County's Largest Outdoor Line Dance Class --- and another record --- Largest Line Dance Class doing the STOMPtastic.*Please note You DO need to register before you participate for accurate records and a video MUST be taken. *

  • Paris Spring Craft Show and Market

Saturday, April 13th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Where: Paris Agricultural Society, 139 Silver Street Paris

What better way to welcome spring then browsing the aisles at the Paris Spring Craft Show and Market! Woodworking, spring decor, jewelry, bath and body, clothing and so much more will be found at this event! Admission is just $4.00 with $1.00 of every admission being donated to the Lions club of Paris.


Maple Syrup Festival

Saturday, April 13th, 2019 from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Where: Downtown Paris

Come to downtown Paris for some delicious pancakes with Ontario’s gold - Maple Syrup! Vendors, Entertainment and more! Brought to you by the Paris Lions Club

Sunday, April 28th, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: Paris Agricultural Society

For the 4th year in a row, Holistic Health Canada brings you an entire collection of holistic practitioners, psychic mediums, handmade natural products and so much more to the Paris fairgrounds. Come explore the many incredible forms of healing, healthy living, wellness and nourish your soul, senses and love of supporting local! $2 ADMISSION, KIDS FREE!


  • Friends Trivia and Painting Night

Thursday, April 25th, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Where: Crock A Doodle, 299 Wayne Gretzky Parkway, Brantford

Are you a “Friends” fan? Come enjoy a fun night of pottery painting and put your knowledge to the test. Choose from a wide selection of pottery pieces and paint away while playing F.R.I.E.N.D.S Trivia! Prizes for those that can stay in the game the longest! A $10 deposit is required to secure your spot and will be taken off your total on the day of the event.

  • Brantford Potters Guild Spring Sale

April 12th -14th, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: Woodman Community Center, 491 Grey Street, Brantford

Brantford Potters Guild annual spring sale brings together over 30 local ceramic artists for 3 days. Shop for yourself, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father's Day and all the summer birthdays and weddings. You will find functional pieces including mugs, plates, platers, serving dishes, as well as one of a kind art pieces for display.

  • Waterford Heritage Trails and Shadow Lake Park Annual Clean Up

Saturday, April 27th, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Where: 121 Alice Street, Waterford

Volunteers are welcome to join at the Quilt Junction (ye Olde Train Station) at Shadow Lake Park. Meet at 8:30AM to organize tasks that can be volunteered by individuals/teams. Tasks could be small projects, repairs, maintenance or general litter clean up of the area trails, waters& landscape. Labour, material, funding donations and lending of equipment welcome!

  • Art Battle Brantford

Saturday, April 27th, 2019 from 7:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Where: The Rope Factory Event Hall, 111-25 Sherwood Drive, Brantford

Enjoy a wonderful evening of live competitive painting at The Rope Factory! Watch the paint fly before your eyes and the creative process unfold during 3 fast-paced rounds and help vote to determine the Winner! All artwork created will also be available via silent auction. General Admission $20 + HST, Early Bird $15 + HST.
